It is now official that Brazilian play maker Ronaldinho has moved to AC Milan. The move is unsurprising due to the player’s recent troubles at FC Barcelona, where he has been criticized of having a bad attitude and lifestyle by Josep Guardiola.

Over five thousand fans turned up at the San Siro to see Ronaldinho in the AC Milan kit, and the Brazilian has stated that he will do well at the club. The exact fee that AC Milan paid to Barcelona is unsure, although it is believed to be around fifteen million pounds, even though English club Manchester City offered over ten million more, as well as promising to make the player the highest paid in the world. Ronaldinho said that although it was a ‘beautiful period’ with Barcelona, he already feels at home with the Italian club, and that he will try to bring happiness to the Milan supporters. The Brazilian added that he will try and reach new personal achievements.

Ronaldinho has said that he can’t wait to play for AC Milan, and in particular linking up with Brazilian team mate Kaka. He said that Kaka is one of the best players in the World, as well as a good friend, and that they play well together.
