Ever since I my 10R football shoes got stolen, I’ve been feeling empty and that something has been missing in my footballing life, and rightfully so, I don’t have any good shoes to play with. So for the past few days I find myself clicking on my own ads because they show me some great buys for the latest 10R Tiempo Boots. When I get to the site and see the whole selection of Ronaldinho shoes, I become a kid in a candy shop. Anyways, my mind has been toiling over the idea of getting the following version of the 10R Boots

It’s Not True What They Say

Once you’ve had black you never go back, but in this case it isn’t true, I’m going for the white shoes this time around and I must say, they do look pretty. I was having a small discussion with my mother about these, because she feels it would be harder to maintain than the black ones I used to have. Which is true, because I would always be cleaning them, trying to make them shine using some leather preserver. Anyways, my eyes have also been on the Ronaldinho Air Legend shoes which are featured in the Nike Viral Video that is up on YouTube. It’s the one where Ronaldinho gets these new shoes and plays ping-pong with the cross bar from outside the box, it’s got like 15 million views or something! Whatever I choose in the end, for now I’m stuck going to training with some Dunlop Volley’s, check out what happened to them after one training session :D

Dang your 10rs got stolen that sucks. I am having shoe trouble too. See, I ordered some white 10r but they fell apart after like 10 days. So I sent them back and I ordered white vapors. The retards at Eurosport sent me size 11 vapors in a size 11.5 box so I had to send those back. What are they smokin seriously? They don’t look in the box before sending the shoes? What if they send an empty box? :O Ok so then I ordered the black 10r and well, I kinda didn’t like them so yea I’m sending them back but that’s my fault. And now I am just waiting for some navy vapors (hopefully the right size). Oh and this sucks: They stopped making vapor 3s cause of the new 4s that are gonna be out in 08. And they are UGLY!!! So yea I really hope that they keep making 3s. If they don’t I’ll probly start using adidas. So, well anyways I really feel sorry for you man. I feel like shite too cause I don’t have any shoes. And it’s really annoying because it has been like 5 weeks since I ordered the 1st ones. Now, all that was really offtopic, but this isn’t. I’ve had both shoes now. I’ve had vapors and I’ve had 2 pairs of 10r. And seriously, the vapors are WAY better made. The 10r look like one good step on the foot would tear them. And on the new shoes the sole is already coming off kinda…you can see little gaps. You said in the post “10r after 2 months” that the sole is coming off because you like to drag your foot when you stop running. No, it’s coming off just because. The vapors are solid and tough and they are sticky. The ball feel must be amazing I wouldn’t know cause I couldn’t stand up in the size 11s. I don’t know if you know what I am talking about but just holding them they felt solid like if someone stabbed my foot with metal studs they wouldn’t tear. But hey it’s your decision but I would definately go with vapors over 10rs.

Wow I am sorry that was really long, sorry if it’s off topic and hope it helps. Seriously: vapor > legend > 10r

Hey Alex, thanks for the words

My mate has vapors and he tells me they’re pretty good.

My other mate has these boots called Nomis, which Harry Kewell from the Socceroos wears and they’re supposed to be very good, $320 and he’s giving me his pair so that’s really exciting.
