All I can say is why didn’t I know about this blog of his. To start from the beginning, I was surfing the web yesterday looking at various blogs about Ronaldinho and the sort, until I came across a post on a fan website called JanMania which detailed the fact that Ronaldinho had a blog during the World Cup in 2006. I had never heard about this and the idea of Ronaldinho blogging is pretty weird considering I’m blogging mostly about him

Thoughts On The Posts

When you look at the posts on Ronaldinho’s small blog, you realise that football players are your normal everyday people who happen to play on a much larger scale. From the blog we can gain insight to the thoughts and feelings of the greatest player in the world and dare I say, he has the same thoughts and concerns I have before I play a game of football. So in that way I am happy about coming across this blog of his. One of his posts read:

There’s something I’ve gotta tell you in this Blog, Émerson is still p… off because he finally lost a video game. Hehehehe.

Last night I played with Manchester United and won in the penalty shots with Gilberto after two games, then I beat Émerson 1 to 0 and wiped out his mythical invincibility! How could I not razz him about it

Don’t you love seeing this side of Ronaldinho? I’m sure this will give many of the youngsters of our generation some hope and a good outlook on their favourite stars. I know it did for me and in regards to the first post you see on Ronaldinho’s website, I say he’s telling the truth.

P.S It has come to my attention that Barcelona have lost their match against Getafe in spectacular fashion, going down 4-0, thus preventing them from winning the Spanish Primera Liga this year. I will cover this game in full tomorrow, but for now I’m pretty saddened by the result
