Okay, in the previous I went on about how I scored a pretty good goal today and that I would talk you through it. So here we go. We were drawn 1-1 with another team and we needed a breakthrough goal to get us ahead before the full-time whistle was to blow. I was playing defensive centre midfield and we were on the advance. With the ball to the right hand side of the field, a fellow team mate was running down the line to cross the ball in. He crossed the ball and it took a severe deflection and hit the floor and spinning out of control.

The Opportunity Just Presented Itself

And I am glad to say I took advantage. I was around 30 metres away from the goal and I needed to hit this thing sweet. So it was bouncing my way and I had two from the opposition coming at me fast and I knew I had to bury the ball from that distance. So without thinking I hit it sweetly on the full and shot along the ground into the bottom left hand corner of the goal. The keeper had no chance
