This title reminds me of that line from the Will Smith movie, “The Pursuit of Happyness”. But I gotta say that it is truly one of the best values which gives hope and encouragement to those who need it. So here I am today telling you, if you have a fire in your belly for the game of football and want to play the game until the end of your days, who is to stop you? Get out there, train hard and sure enough, your time will come and all your hard work will pay off.

Do You Love To Play Or Watch?

I personally love to play and you can see it when I have the ball in my possession. There is a undeniable passion in my eyes when I get that football at my feet and start to do what I like with it on the field. Are you the same? This past year I have been pondering over how exactly I want to go forward in terms of my footballing career. I have never tried out for any competitive first grade side and have spent my footballing career building myself up to greatness.

Hard Confession to Make

I have to confess, my mother has said that if I was good enough to play professionally I would have been seen by a scout somewhere. For many years this revelation stood still in my heart and I would question what I was doing in terms of my life and if I wanted to pursue my other career in advertising. It was honestly, only this year that I began to see that I wanted be intimately involved with football for the rest of my life. The fact of the matter is that I didn’t pursue the talent that I possess and it is only this year that I realised that I needed to back then.
